Gentle plucking sets the stage for a lively celebration in Strum by contemporary American composer Jessie Montgomery. The Doxa Quartet – comprised of 18-year-old violinist Jiyu Lee, 17-year-old violinist Lena Kim, 17-year-old violist Kayla Kim, and 17-year-old cellist Noah Choi – brings this music to life with guitar-like strumming and soaring energy!
Los Angeles, California The Doxa Quartet performs on Show 486.
The Doxa Quartet is comprised of Jiyu Lee (violin), Lena Kim (violin), Kayla Kim (viola), and Noah Choi (cello), all students in the Colburn School’s Honors Chamber Music Program.
