16-year-old guitarist Eric Wang is no stranger to From the Top. He appeared on our show in 2019, has been featured on Daily Joy.
For today’s Daily Joy, he’s sharing an excerpt of a Bach Fugue that he hopes brings comfort in these times.
San Jose, California Eric J Wang (guitar), 16, is a student at Valley Christian High School in his hometown of San Jose, California. He studies at the California Conservatory of Music with Robert Miller. Eric was first prize-winner in the Junior Division of the 2018 Guitar Foundation of America International Youth Competition. Eric also loves soccer and astronomy.

Daily Joy is a project of From the Top. It began in the very early days of the Covid-19 pandemic and continues today to offer a much-needed respite from the anxiety and worry that we encounter in the world.
